Last Thursday the 10th of October, Fourth Class took a trip to Dundrum Library for a very exciting talk with Irish author and illustrator Alan Nolan. We had a fantastic time listening to Alan’s funny tales of Ireland long ago and also had a drawing tutorial with Alan, where we learned how to draw our own parrot! We left the library with autographed art from Alan, and a copy of one of his books for our class library. It was a wonderful trip out and we look forward to visiting the library again in the not too distant future!
