Molly's Little Movers

Hey all, I’m Molly and I run Molly’s Little Movers. I’m also one of the ANA’s (Additional Assistants) working in GSETNS

I have a Level 4 Personal Training qualification and 15 years’ experience working with children. I’m passionate about teaching them how to take care of their bodies in fun and exciting ways.

At Molly’s Little Movers we mix it up with dodgeball, basketball, dance fitness, yoga, obstacle courses, relay races, resistance training and plenty of games the children enjoy. I make sure their voices are heard and shape the activities around what they love most.

My mission is to inspire children to move, build resilience and grow in confidence, while learning to look after and take care of their bodies.
