This week in 2nd Class we had started our writing journals in the morning. Every morning we take 30 minutes to decide and plan our writing and add an illustration.

Each day a different student chooses the topic whether it is fiction or non-fiction and how many details to include.

It’s been really interesting to see the students writing about their own interests and learning about each other.

As we have started literacy stations this week it’s been the perfect opportunity to really focus on different areas of our literacy in a variety of different ways!
