Molly's Little Movers is all about making fitness fun, accessible, and exciting for kids! My wide ranging programme includes lots of activities, including dodgeball, basketball, dance fitness, yoga, obstacle courses, relay races, resistance training, and volleyball. With something for everyone, I hope to help children discover the joy of movement in a playful and supportive environment. My mission is to inspire children to explore exercise that excites them, and which builds their resilience, confidence, and self-belief along the way. At Molly's Little Fitness Heroes, I show children that learning to be fit is not only fun but is a lifelong adventure for everyone.
